Meadow Bay Gold (MAY.v, MBYCF) is our newest sponsor. The company currently has ~39M shares outstanding with 42.5M shares fully diluted. Meadow Bay acquired privately held Desert Hawk Gold and the Atlanta Mine, a past producing mine in Nevada. The mine produced 120,000 oz of Gold from 1975-1985. Currently, $25 Million worth of infrastructure remains on site. Also, approximately 30% of the company is owned by management and insiders.
