How Can You Tell When Gold is in a Bubble?

Gold is emerging from a major breakout, which is normal and healthy. It will move much higher. Yet, at the sign of any sustained strength, the usual suspects come out and babble about Gold being a bubble. Obviously they have no idea what they are talking about. Check the junior miners, the speculative companies, to see if there are signs of a bubble. No signs whatsoever, considering most of those companies are only emerging from the 2008 butt-raping. Here’s Jesse’s simple take:

When the junior miners start showing these kinds of returns, you might be in a bubble.
